Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing every guest with the highest level of care, service and appointment availability. To protect our providers’ time and ensure fairness to all clients, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• A valid credit card is required on file for all bookings.
• We require 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule.
• Appointments canceled within 24 hours incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
• No-shows are charged $75 of the scheduled service amount.
• After two late cancellations or no-shows, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled service is required for all future appointments.

These policies allow us to better serve clients who are waiting for appointments while protecting the time reserved specifically for you.
